Welcome to AETEK. Brand new in our portfolio:
The AETEK MZ-X Sample Toolbox Software.
AETEK developed this software especially for CASIO MZ-X 300/500 to simplify the use of samples and the creation of your own sample-based MZ-X tones. AETEK MZ-X Sample Toolbox consists of a SFZ file converter and a user configurable program starter. To help you get started, a selection of useful, free sample editing tools is included. The supported SFZ format is open source and human readable. It consists of a text file and a folder containing the required samples. The extended possibilities offered by sample conversion programs such as Extreme Sample Converter open up a whole new world of sounds. For example, sounds from foreign formats such as CD, Akai S1000, EMU or Roland can be used for the CASIO MZ-X sampler. Even virtual instruments can be sampled automatically with tools such as Extreme Sample Converter. During the SFZ conversion, AETEK MZ-X Sample Toolbox supports the user with information in case of conversion problems and suggests solutions to the problem. Detailed conversion reports can be generated, which are very helpful for conversion problems. After conversion with AETEK MZ-X Sample Toolbox, the sampled sounds are playable with the Casio MZ-X sampler. As an additional highlight, the new samples can be further optimized and edited with the sound engine included in MZ-X. The sampled "tones" created in this way can be used like all other "tones" in the MZ-X. Unique Casio MZ-X HexLayer tones can be created from up to six SFZ files. The AETEK MZ-X Sample Toolbox was newly developed in Germany in 2020 and stands for quality. After purchase you will receive support via email and free updates for 6 months from the date of purchase. The software can be used without an internet connection after licensing. More information can be found in the AETEK.de Shop in the Software section on the AETEK MZ-X Sample Toolbox product page.
